Booking & Website Privacy Notice

How CyberStar IT uses booking details and website measurement information.

Booking a call

Our booking links open the CyberStar IT event on Cal.com. The booking page asks for the details needed to schedule and manage your call, such as your name, email address, selected time, and any answers you choose to provide. CyberStar IT and the meeting host use those details to arrange and conduct the call. Calendar and meeting providers process information needed for invitations and the meeting. Please keep passwords, patient information, security logs, and confidential customer material out of booking notes.

See Cal.com’s privacy notice for information about its scheduling service.

Website measurement

The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and clicks on booking links. A session record in your browser retains the first page visited, referring website hostname, and supported campaign labels. Booking-click events can include those details and the page and button used. A click is an expression of interest; it does not confirm that a call was booked.

Only bounded campaign labels in Cal.com’s supported UTM fields accompany booking links. We do not add names, email addresses, booking answers, raw referring URLs, or arbitrary page query parameters to those links. Browser settings and blocked analytics can make measurement incomplete.

Existing website submissions

The previous website form is retired. Information submitted before its retirement may still be held under the purpose for which it was collected. We do not send new website form submissions to storage or notification services.
